pN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTItiO AMENDING SECTION 1
' OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY .23 ACRES
. FROM P 20NE TO R1-7.5 ZONE; LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
CORNER OF PACIFICA DRIVE AND WHITNEY WAY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTIIVO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
' WFIEREAS, on March 16, 1977, an application was filed by Howard Ruth,
Jr. (A,plica[ion 7-Z-77) for the rezoning of property from P(Planned Develop-
ment with multi-family use intent) 2one to R1-7.5 (Residential, singie-family,
7,500 sq. ft. par dwelling unit) Zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com-
mission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and
WFIEREAS. the property to be rezoned is preaently in a P(Plasu~ed Develop-
ment with multi-family uae intent) Zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the aub~ect property is attached hereto as Exhibic
"A" as a proposed amendment to the Maeter Zoning Map of the City of Cuper-
tino;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following described progerty be and hereby is re-
zoned to an R1-1.5 (Residential, single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. per dwelling
unit) Zone, subject to conditions set forth ia Planning Courmiasion Reaolu-
tion No. 1679, attached hereto as Exhibit "8" and that Exhibit "A" attached
hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino:
Al1 that certain real property situate in the City of Cuper-
tino, County of Santa Clara. State of California, approximately
.23 acrea, located at the southeast corner of Pacifica Drive and
Whitney Way, more fully described in attached Exhibits "A" and "B".
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after ita passage.
