BOULEVARD APPROXIMATELY 80 FT. EASTERLY OF TtiE INTER-
SECTION OF GRAND AVEyiUE AND PENINSULA BOULEVARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

WHERE,AS, on February 1, 1977-, an application was filed by Reynaldo Perez
(Application 1-Z-77? for the prezoning of property from Santa Clara County
R2H (Reaidential, duplex) Zone and from Santa Clura County CG (General Commercial)
Zone to City of Cupertino R1-7.5 (Residential, single-family. 7,500 sq. ft.
per dwelling unit) Zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com-
mission recommended to Che City Council that Che Prezoning be granted; and
WHEREAS, the property to be prezoned ia presently in a San[a Clara County
RZH (Residen[ial, duplex) Zone and a Santa Clara County CG (Ceneral Commer-
cial) Zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" as a proposed amendment to Che Master Zoning Map of the Ci[y of Cuper-
tinop
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIYED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following deacribed property be and hereby is
prezoaed to a City of Cupertino R1-7.5 (Residential, single-family, 7,500
sq. ft. per dvelliag unit) Zone, subject to conditions aet forth in Planning
Commission Reaolution No. 1664, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and tha[ Exhibit
"A" atcached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of
Cupertino:
All that certain real property situate in [he County of Santa
Clara, State of California, .15 acres, located
northerly and adjacent to Peninsula Boulevard approximately '
80 ft. easterly of the intersection of Grand Avenue and Penin-
sula Boulevard, more fullq described in attached Exhibits "A"
and "B".
Section 2. Thia ordinance ahall take effect and be in force thirtp„
