A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTiNO
APPROViNG CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR PAVEMENT
RESTORATION, PROJECT NUMBER 99-103
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that
Change Order No. 1 for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of
Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it hereby approved in
conjunction with the project known as
PAVEMENT RESTORATION
PROJECT NUMBER 99-103
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an expenditure of $148,938.93 from the
project account No. 710-8403-7014 is hereby approved to cover this change order.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 16th day of August, 1999, by the following vote:
