A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
GLENN A. PRESTON, TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDUAL TRUST CREATED UNDER
THE PRESTON FAMILY TRUST DATED JUNE 10, 1986, 22467 STEVENS CREEK
BOULEVARD, APN 326-60-015
WHEREAS, Glenn A. Preston, Trustee of the Residual TrustCreated Under the Preston
Family Trust Dated June 10, 1986, has executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes
which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the City
of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and
made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, located at 22467 Stevens Creek Boulevard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so
tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th day of May, 1999, by the following vote:

Glenn A. Preston, Trustee of the Residual Trust created under the Preston Family Trust dated June
10, 1986, grant(s) to the CITY OF CUPERTINO for public roadway purposes, together with the right to
cons~uct, repair, operate, and maintain any and all public utilities and improvements which shall be or
become necessary for preservation of the public safety, welfare or convenience, the hereinafter described
property which is situated in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and as
described as follows:
(See Exhibit "A" & "B")
The grantor(s) shall reimburse CITY OF CUPERTINO an amount from the street improvement charges
assessed upon them, in the manner provided by the Cupertino Municipal Code, particularly, Chapter
14.04 "Street Improvements," and Article 14 "Street Facility Reimbursement Charges," of Title 18
"Subdivisions" and as amended.

All of that certain property situate in the City of Cupertino, Santa Clara County,
California described as follows:
BEGINNING at the common Southerly comer of Lots 118 and 119 as shown upon that
certain Map entitled "Map of Inspiration Point Monte Vista" which Map was filed for
record in Book P of Maps at page 18, Santa Clara County Records; thence along the
common between said Lots N00°01'00"W 7.16 feet; thence along a line that is parallel
to the monument line of Stevens Creek BIvd. and Northerly 42.00 feet as measured at
dght angles N89°53'25"W 100.08 feet to a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 119;
thence along said Westerly line S00°02'29"E 7.16 feet to the Southwesterly comer of
