Ckiapter 10.30 be added to the Cupertino NLmicipal Code as follows:
Prohibiting the Eliminaticri of Bodily Waste in a Public Place
10.30.010 Definitidi-Htmiati Waste Material, Bodily Waste
Far the purposes oP this ~apter, "tunnars waste material" and
"bodily waste material" shall be defused as human urine ar human
fecal matter disc3larged i'r+~a the body.
10.30.020 Acts Prohibited
No person shall deposit, by means of urination ar defecatiats, any
himsans waste material in any public place (other than in a public
toilet or restroom designed to receive waste material), in any
place exposed to public view, as upon the surface of the grand
ar upon any preaisea, lot, ar public street.
10.30.030 Violatiansa
Violation of this Qsapter may be c9narged as a misdemeanor at the
discsetian of the City Attorney.
Zhis ordinance is necessary far the health, safety and general welfare
of the inhabitants of the City of Cupertino and shall take effect
inroediately.
