The Parks and Recreation Commissi.~ oP the City is established. 4he Parks and Recreaatior- omission shall oansist of seven members who are residents of the City, none of whom shall be officials or employees of the City, nor cohabit with as defined by law, nor be related to by blood or marriage any member of the ~mmission, the City Manager or the staff person(s) assigned to this Ga-®issiozi. The seven members shall be appointed by the City Council. 2.368.020 Term of Office. Cannissiocers serve at the pleasure of the City Council. '!he term of office of the members of the Parks atxi ReCisaticn Commission shall be for four years and shall end an January 15th of the year their term is due to expire. No ccem<issio~nex shall serve more than two o~secxrtive terms except that a commissioner may serve more than two consecutive terms if he or she has been appointed to the Cannissioa to fill an unexpired term of less than two years. Zhe appoinhnent, reappointment and rules governing inaaobent members of the Cominissfon are governed by RPSOlutian No. 7571 of the Cupertino City Council.
