ORDINANCE N0. 1409
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION
11.24.150 OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE. RELATING TO
STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING ON DE AN2A BOULEVARD AND
DECLARING THE URGENCY THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN THAT
Section 11.24.150 be amended to delete the following:
Section 11.24.150 Parking Prohibited along certain streets

urgency measure necessary for public safety and welfare and shall go into effect
