A permit must be obtained !rte the City Building Department after satisfactory information has been given that the use is in oonpSiance with the conditions of this chapter. A. ommercial vehicles having a manufacturer's gmsa vehicle weight rating o! 10,000 pounds ar more shall not park ar stand an any street located within a residential zoning district. B. Trtnck trailers shall not park ar stand upon any public street. Zhe facts oonsituting such urgency era: The City Council is adopting an-site vehicle parking regulations which conflict with and modify Dade sections ~ ~~*++ ~ to ai-street and of!-street truck perking. Zhe subject Dods revisiotn are necessary to eliminate conflicts and substitute seetiona dealing with a~n-street perking. On-street parking o! vehicles in conflict with these regulations constitutes a threat to the health, eatery, and welfare of the residents of the City of Cupertino. 2 i • SEVERABILITY CLAUSE • If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinaace ie for any reasanheld to be unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The legislative body hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and each section. subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact chat any one or more sections. subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared unconstitutional.
