ORDINANCE N0. 1337
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION
1 OF ORDINANCE NO. Z BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY .31
GROSS ACRES FROM P ZONE TO P ZONE; EXISTING 7-11
CONVENIENCE STORE LOCATED AT 10650 BUBB ROAD
WHEREAS. on October 9, 1485, and application vas filed by City.
of Cupertino (Jackson Parcel) (Application 17-Z-84) for the rezoning
of property from P (Planned Development/Commercial) to P (Planned
Development/with Limited Commercial/Office Use Activity) zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Commission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted;
and
WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned !a presentely in a P (Planned
Development/Commercial) Zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property la attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEP.EFORE, 3E IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" by and
hereby is rezoned to a P (Planned Development/with Limited Commercial/Office
Use Activity Zone; subject to conditions listed in attached Exhibit "C" and
that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the
City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and he in force thirty (30)
days after its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 18th day of November 1985 and ENACTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this Znd day of
December 1985 by the following vote:
Voter Members of the City Council
AYES: Gatto, Johnson, Plungy, Sparks, Rogers

The intent is that use ie limited to low intensity activity
that will not attract traffic outside the area.
Conditions:
1-15 Standard Conditions
The Standard Conditions to .the extent that they dp not conflict
with the special conditions enumerated herein. In the event conflict
does exist, the special conditions as enumerated herein shall apply.
16) Approved Exhibits
That the recommendation of approval is based on Exhibit A of
Application 27-Z-85 except as may be amended by special conditions
enumerated herein.
17) Use Limitation
Permitted uses on subject site shall be limited to the following.
subject to securing of a uee permit from the Planning Commission. Planning
Commission action upon any requested use permit shall be final except in
instances of appeal to the City Council:
A) Professional. general, administrative and business offices.
B) Banks and financial services (excluding drive-up service facilities
insurance and real estate agencies, travel agencies, and professional
portrait studios.
C) Business services such as advertising bureaus, credit reporting,
accounting and similar consulting agencies, stenographic and
duplication services, messenger and telegraphic offices, communication
equipment buildings.
18) There shall be a use permit review for all new and subsequent change of
tenants.
