WHEREAS, on September 9, 1985, an application was filed by Paul Tai
(Application 20-Z-85) for the rezoning of property front BQ (Quasi-Public
Building) zone to Rl-6 (Residential Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft. mininann
lot size) zone; and
WF~2FAS, upon due notice and after ors public hearing the Planning
Co~tission reoatmterded to the City Cotutcil that the Rezoning be granted;
and
WEff1tEAS, the propFSty to be rezoned is presently in a BQ (Quasi Public
Building) zee; and
WFIERFAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed amerYLnertt to the Master Zoning flap of the City of
Cupertino.
NOW, ARE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FULI174i5:
~ec_tion 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be artd
hereby is rezoned to a Rl-6 (Residenttia]. Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft.
minitmmt lot size) zone; and that Exhibit "t3" attached hereto is made part
of the Master Zoning Map of the City oP C~ertirto.
Section 2. 4his ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after its passage.
