NOW, ARE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FULI174i5: ~ec_tion 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be artd hereby is rezoned to a Rl-6 (Residenttia]. Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft. minitmmt lot size) zone; and that Exhibit "t3" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City oP C~ertirto.
