Ordinance 1327 ORDINANCE N0. 1327 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 2 BY REZONING APPROXIMATELY 2.1 GROSS ACRES FROM Al-43 ZONE TO R1-7.5 ZONE; LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF BUBB ROAD AND REGNART ROAD WHEREAS, on August 1, 1985, an application was filed by The William Day Company (Applicatir~n 15-Z-85) for the rezoning of pnoparty Prom Al-43 (Agricultural-Residential, 43,000 sq. Et. minimum lat size) zone to R1-7.5 (Residential Single-family 7,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in an Al-43 (Agricultural-Residentialy, 43,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Sectia~ 1. That the property described ir- attached Exhibit "A" be and hereby is rezoned to an R1-7.5 (Residential Single-family 7,500 sq, ft. minimum lot size) zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map oP the City of Cupertino.
