(Marshall Mok) (Application 14-Z-85) for the prazoning of property from A
(Agricultural) Zane to R1-6 (Residential Side-family, 6,000 sq. ft.
minianun lot size) zone; and
Ph~A.S, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Camnissi~ reooRmiended to the City Oouncil that the Prezming be granted;
and
FII~tEAS, the property to be prezoned is presently in an A
(Agricultural) zone; and

Section 1. Rhat the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby is prezoned to an R1-6 (Residential Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft.
minimmt lot size) zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto i.s made part
of the Master Zoning Map of the City of (upes'tino.
Section 2. Zhis ondinanoe shall talcs effect and ba in force thirty
(30) days after its passage.
