Ordinance 1305• ORDINANCE N0. 1305 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY AMENDING THE ZONING APPLICATION REGARDING ADJUSTMENT TO THE SITE PLAN AND AMENDING CONDITION 16 REGARDING DWELLING UNIT TYPES AND .TRIP FACTORS; APPROXIMATELY 148 ACRE GENERALLY BOUNDED HY RAINBOW DRIVE, STEELING ROAD AND PROSPECT ROAD THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Condition No. 16 of Application 25-Z-80 shall. read as follows: 16. The approval permits construction of a maximum of 419 dwellings consisting of six (6) to eleven (11) (including existing dwelling? dwellings located on the 40+ acre site designated "retained property" and 408-413 dwellings located on the balance of the property. The final dwelling unit yield and mix oP dxelling unit types shall be determined by the City in eontunetion with a subsequent use permit review. The determination will be based upon a finding that the total all-day traffic generated by the development will not exceed 3,860 all-day trips. The total trip generation for the development is controlled by establishing the maximum number of bedrooms for the protect. The total bedroom count for the protect (excluding the 40+ acres outside of the Interland Development protect) shall not exaeed 1,360.
