ORDINANCE N0. 1282
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO REZONING APPROXIMATELY
1.7 GROSS ACRES FROM R1-10 ZONE TO R1-7.5, LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF FOREST AVENUE AND NORTH OF BLANEY AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTLNO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, on June 1, 1984 an application was filed by Peter Camarda
(Application 5-Z-84} for the rezoning of property from R1-10 (l;esiderttial,
single-family 10,000 square f[. minimum lot size) zone to R1-7.5 (Residential,
single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and
WkiEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Commission
recommended to the City Council that the rezoning be granted; and
WkIEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in an R1-10 (residential,
single-family, 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the aubJec[ property is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" as
a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW. THEREFORE. be it ordained as follows:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A"•be'and
Ls rezoned to R1-7.5 (residential, single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. minimum lot
size) zone and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master 'Coning
Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days
after its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino
this 6th day of August 1984, and ENACTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council this 20th day of August 1984, by the following vote:

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly prolongation of the Easterly
line of Lot 115 with the Southerly line of Forest Avenue as shown on Tract No.
4590, filed in Book 244 of Maps pages 32 and 33 Santa Clara County Records;
thence from said Point of Beginning along said Southerly line of Forest Avenue
North 89° 49' 55" East 150.00 feet; thence South 8 21' 40" East 10.00 feet;
thence parallel with said Southerly line North 89 49' 55" East 223.90 feet;
thence along a curvoe to the right. having a radius of 20.00 feet, through a
central angle of 89 49' 05" for an arc length of 31.35 feet to a point 30.00
feet (measured at right angles) Westerly from the centerline of Blaney Avenue
as said centerline is shown on said map; thence parallel with said centerline
South 0° 21' 00" East 72.00 feet to the Northerly line of the lands of Singer;
