AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY RElONING APPROXIMATELY 1.2 GROSS
ACRES FROM Al-40 ZONE TO R1-~.5 ZONE. LOCATED ON SNE
NORTHEAST SIDE OF RAE LANE APPROXIMATELY 400 FT. WEST OF TfiE
INTERSECTION OF NYANNISPORT DRIVE AND LINDA VISTA DRIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSi
WHEREAS, on January 9, 1984, an application was filed by Ralph
Saich .(Application 13-Z-83) for the rezoning of property from Al-40
(Agricultural-Residential, 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone to
A1-7.5)Residential Single-family, 7,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size)
zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the
Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning
be granted; and
WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in an Al-40
(Agricultural-Residential. 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; end
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as
Exhibit "8" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Hap of the
City of Cupertino.
NOW, Tt1EREFORE, DE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A"
be and hereby is rezoned to an R1-T.5 (Residential Single-family,
?x500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached
hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Nap of the City of
Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall Lake effect and be in force
thirty (30) days after its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertira this 6th day of February, 1984 and ENACTED at a regular
meeting of the .City Counail of the City of Cupertino this ~_ day

40.00 feet in width; thence from said point of beginning and leaving said
Southwesterly line, North 50 32' 00" East 176.15 feet to a 1 inch iron pipe on

thence along the Northeasterly line of said land deeded to Anselmo J. Azzaro,
