AN ;ORDINANCE OF THE L'ITY OF CUPERTINO AMENpINC SECTION 1
OF .ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY REZONING AND PRELONING APPROXI-
MATELY 160 ACRES FROF1 VARIOUS ZONING DISTRICTS TO P
ZUNE; LOCATED 'ON STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD GENERALLY
BOUNDED BY STERN AVENUE ON THE EAST AND STEELING ROAD TO
THE WEST. EXCLUDING THE VALLCO PARK AREA AND THE TOWN
CENTER AREA
THE CCTY COUNCIL. OF THE CLTY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WNERE~IS, un April 4, 1983, an application was flied by City of Cuper-
rino (Appiicatlon 3-Z-83) for the rezoning and prezoning of property
Irum varlouszuningdistricts to P (Planned Development) Zone;and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Commission recommended to the City Council that the Rezoning and Prezoning
he tirantcd; and
WFIEkFr15, the property to be rezoned and prezoned is presently in
various zoning districts; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"Ii" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED A5 FOLLOWS:
Sectlon 1. That the property described in attached exhibit "A" be
and hereby is rezoned to a P (Planned Development) "Lone, subject Co the
document entitled "Stevens Creek $oulevard (:onceptual Plan;" and [hate
Exhibit "B" attached hereCo is made part of the Master 7.oning Map of the
City of Cupertino.
Sectlon 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be Yn forcu thirty
(30) days after its passage.
