AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ADDING SECITON 2.44.120
ESTABLISHING TIME AND PLACE OF MEETING OF ARCHITECTURAL AND
SITE APPROVAL COlLKITTEE TO THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE
TiiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN that Section
2.44.120 establishing time and place of the meeting of the Architectural and
Site Approval Committee is added to the Cupertino Municipal Code.
Section 2.44.120. Time and Place of Meetings, The Architectural and Site
A{~proval Committee shall hold regular meetings at City Nall, 10300 Torre Avenue,
C~ipertino, California the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
each regular meeting may be adjourned to a date certain, which shall be specified
[n the order of adjournment and when so adjourned, such adjourned meeting shall be
a regular meeting for all purposes.
