ORDINANCE N0. 1167
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTIONS
2.32.040. 2.36.040. 2.38.040, 2.44.040, 2.60.040,
2.68.040 AND 2.74.040 OF THE CUPERITNO MUNICIPAL CODE
PERTAINING TO OFFICERS OF ADVISORY BODIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN that
Sections 2.32.040, 2.36.040, 2.38.040, 2.44.040, 2.60.040, 2.68.040, and
2.74.040 of the Cupertino Municipal Code, are amended to read that term
of office for chairperson and vice-chairperson shall commence October 1
and end September 30 of the following year.
The City Council of the City of Cupertino further ordains that all
terms of cucrent chairpersons and vice-chairpersons of the Planning Com-
mission, Parks and Recreation Commission, Energy Commission, Architectural
and Site Appcoval Committee, Public Safety Commission, Library Commission
and Cable Television Advisory Committee are extended through September
30 of this year.
