' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMb'NDINC SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY PREZONING APPROXZMATELY .58 GROSS
ACRE FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY R1 ZONE TO CITY OF CUPER-
TINO P ZONE; LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA ON THE
50UT}!WEST CORNER OF STEVENS CREEK BOllLEVARD AND STERN
AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
W}}EREAS, on November 2, 1981, an application was filed by Nicholas A.
Speno, et al (Application 30-Z-81))for the prezoning of property from
Santa Clara County R1 (Single-family Residential) Zone to City of Cupertino
P (Planned Development with Professional Office Intent) Zone; and
W!{EREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Commission reco~sended to the City Council that the Pre zoning be granted;
and
WHEREAS, the property to be prezoned is presently in a Santa Clara County
R1 ((Single-family Residential) Zone; and
WI}EREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
~ hereby is prezoned to a P (Planned Development with Professional Office Intent)
Zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning
Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after ite passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of Che City of
Cupertino this 4th day of January 1982 and EIiACTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 18th day of
January 1982 by the following vote:
Vote Members of the City Council.
