ORDINANCE NO. 1145
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CllPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY RE20NING APPROXIMATELY 2.2 ACRES
FROM R1-10 ZONE' TO R1-7.5 ZONE; LOCATED EAST OP THE
NORTHERN TERMINUS OF TULA LANE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, on August 10, 1981. an application was filed by James C.
Hoffman (Application 22-Z-81) for the rezoning of property from R1-10 Zone
to R1-7.5 Zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Coamiisaion recommended to the City Councilthat the Rezoning be granted;
and
WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned ie presently in an R1-10 (Resi-
dential Single-family 10,000 aq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby ie rezoned to an R1-7.5 (Residential Single-fam11y7,500 aq. ft. mini-
mum lot size) zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the
Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after Its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cuper-
tino this 2nd day of November 1981 and ENACTED at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 16th day of November ,
1981 by the following vote:

BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the East line of
Stelling Road with the Northerly line of McClellan Road .said
point of beginning also being the Southwest corner of Section
13 Township 7 South Range 2 West M.D.B. b M. thence along said
line of Stelling Road North 880 feet to an iron pipe set 8"
below the surface of the ground, thence Easterly along a line
that is parallel with said Northerly line of McClellan Road
North 89° 58' East 495 feet to a point which is the true point
of beginning of the tract of land herein described; thence
continuing on said parallel line North 89° 58' East 219 feet;
thence Northerly and parallel with said Easterly line of Stell-
ing Road North 440 feet; thence Westerly and parallel with said
Northerly line of McClellan Road South 89° 58' West 495 feet,
thence South and parallel with said line of Stelling Road 440
feet to said true point of beginning.
CONTAINING approximately 2.2 acres of land and being a part of
the Southwest. 1/4 of Section 13 Township 7 South Range 2 West,
