Ordinance 1145 ORDINANCE NO. 1145 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CllPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY RE20NING APPROXIMATELY 2.2 ACRES FROM R1-10 ZONE' TO R1-7.5 ZONE; LOCATED EAST OP THE NORTHERN TERMINUS OF TULA LANE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, on August 10, 1981. an application was filed by James C. Hoffman (Application 22-Z-81) for the rezoning of property from R1-10 Zone to R1-7.5 Zone; and WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Coamiisaion recommended to the City Councilthat the Rezoning be granted; and WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned ie presently in an R1-10 (Resi- dential Single-family 10,000 aq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and hereby ie rezoned to an R1-7.5 (Residential Single-fam11y7,500 aq. ft. mini- mum lot size) zone; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after Its passage.
