THE CITY COUttCIL OF TH6 CITY OP CUPERTINO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN as f411owa:
WitEREAS, on September 5, 1980, an application was filed by tfariani Group
of Companies (Application 8-Z-81) for the rezoning of property from P (Planned
Development single-family cluster intent) to F (Planned Development residential
20-35 dwelling units per gross acre intent) zone; and
WiIEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Commission
recommended to the City Council that the rezoning be granted; and
WiiBREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently in a City of Cupertino P
(Planned Development single-family cluster intent) zone; and
WfiCREAS, a map of subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" as n
proposed amendment to the Master Zoning lfap of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT ORDAINED as follows:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and hereby
is rezoned to a City of Cupertino P (Planned Development residential 20-35 dwe111nE
units per gross acre intent) zone subject to conditions in the attached Exhibit
"C"; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning tfap
of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino

Beginning at a point in the southwest corner of that certain Tract No.

Thence, on and along the westerly boundary of said Tract No. 5071,

CONDITIONS:

15. The plat map, Exhibit A of 8-Z-81, defines the zoning boundary of the
application.
16. The Planned Development zone is hereby incorporated into the zoning
boundary of Ordinance 1048 which regulates land use activities on the
18+ acre "llariani Packing Plant Site". The conditions of approval
enumerated on Exhibit C of Ordinance 1048 are applicable to the au6~ect
zoning application.
