THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
There is hereby added to the Cupertino Municipal Code Chapter 16.40
which is to read as follows:
16.40.080. Fire Protection
Section 10.307 (b) amended: Fire alarm systems required. .Manual or
automatic fire alarm systems shall be installed in every building three (3) or
more stories in height.
