AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION
11.31.020 OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE, CIIAPTER
11.31 REGULATION OF PARKING ON PROPERTY OWNED BY
CITY" RELATING TO "PROHIBITION - LIMITATION -
LIMITATION OF PARKING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOE& HEREBY ORDAIN that
Section 11.31.020 to read as follows:
11.31.020 Prohibition--Limitation--Limitation of Yanking. A. Whenever
the City Manager determines that the orderly, efficient conduct of the
City's business requires parking or standing of vehicles on City property
to be prohibited, limited, or restricted, the City Manager shall have the
power and authority to order signs to be erected or posted or markings
installed indicating that the parking of vehicles is thus prohibited,
limited, or restricted.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 16th day of Marcy 1981 and ENACTED at n regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 6ch day of
April 1981 by the following vote:
