AN ORDINANCE OP THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE NO. 2 BY PREZONING APPROXIMATELY 1.356
GROSS ACRES FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY Al ZONE TO CITY OF
CUPERTINO P ZONE; LOCATED ADJACENT TO AND SOUTHERLY OF
BOLLINGER ROAD AT ITS PRESENT WESTERLY TERMINUS APPROXI-
MATELY 120 FT. WEST OF DE FOE DRIVE
TtiE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPL•RTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
W1iEREAS, on July 3, 1980, an application was filed by Robert E. and Diane
lt. Schey (Application 38-Z-80) for the prezoning of property from Santa Clara
County Al (Residential and Agricultural) zone to City of Cupertino P (Planned
Development with single-family residential, 1-5 dwelling unite per gross
acre intent) zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Commission recommended to the City Council that the Prezoning be granted;
and
WHEREAS, the property to be prezoned is presently in a Santa Clara
County Al (Residential and Agricultural) zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed amendment to the Raster Zoning Map of the City of Cuper-
~ ~ tino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be and
hereby is prezoned to a P (Planned Development with single-family residential,
1-5 dwelling units per gross acre intent) zone, subject to conditions listed
in attached Exhibit "C"; and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto is made part
of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days after its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 17th3ay of November 1980 and ENACTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this st day of
December 1980 by the following vote:

Records; thence from said Point of Beginning true West along
the Southerly line of said 10 acre tract for a distance of
180.00 feet to an iron pipe set at the southwesterly corner
of said 0.707 acre tract and the True Point of Beginning of
the tract of land to be described; thence from said True
Point of Beginning true West along said Southerly line oT
the 10 acre tract for a distance of 220.00 feet to the
Southeasterly corner of that certain tract of land described
