11.08.090 AND EXHIBIT "A" OF ORDINANCE N0. 1068 TO IN-
CLUDE TIIE EXTENSIONS OF THE .BICYCLE LANE ALONG SAID
STREET OF BOLLINGER ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF T1tE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. AMF27DMENT.
Section 11.08.290 Exhibit "A" is amended to read as follows:
11.08.290 Bicycle lanes--Designated. The City Manager, upon approval
of the City Council, is authorized to erect or place signs upon any street
in the City indicating the existence of a bicycle lane, and otherwise rag-
Mating the location and use of vehicles and bicycles with respect to them,
so long as the same are consistent with [ilia chapter. Before such n sign is
erected, tl:e subject bicycle Lane shall be designated on such streets by an
approved painting, sign or in such other manner as [he City Manager shall de-
termine will provide sufficient notice of existence of such bicycle lane. When
ouch a painting or sign is in place, no person shall idaobey it. Before such
a sign is erected or placed, it must be found by the Ci[y Council that, without
the establishment of a Uicycle lane separated from a vehicle lane at that loca-
tion, [hat public safety is endangered.

of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 3rd day of November ,
