ORDINANCE NO. 1046
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY PREZONING APPROXIMATELY 8 GROSS
ACRES FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY Al-lac ZONE TO CITY OF
CUPERTINO R1- 6 ZONE; LOCATED BETWEEN THE WESTERLY MOST
TERMINUS OF BOLLINCER ROAD AND STEELING ROAD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TttE CITY OF CllPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, on June 26, 1980, an application was filed by City of Cuper-
tino (Bollinger Road/Stelling Road) (Application 35-Z-80) for the prezoning
of property from Santa Clara County Al-lac (Agricultural/Residential, one acre
minimum lot size) zone to City of Cupertino R1- 6 (Residential, Single-family,
6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning Com-
mission recommended to the City Council that the Prezoning be granted; and
Wt1EREA5, the property to be prezoned is presently in a Santa Clara
County Al-lac (Agzicultural/Residential, ane acre minimum lot size) zone;
and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit
"B" as a proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, TttEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A" be
and hereby is prezoned to City of Cupertino R1- 6 . (Residential, Single-
family, 6.000. sq. ft. minimum lot size); and that Exhibit "B" attached hereto
is made part of the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days after its passage.
ItiTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the .City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 2nd day of September , 1980 and ENACTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 15th day of
September 1980 by the following vote:

of California, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Stelling Road and the
westerly prolongation of the southerly line of Tract No. 2335, which map
was recorded in Book 105 of Mapa at Pages 40 and 41, Santa Clara County
Records, said point being a corner of that certain annexation to the City
of Cupertino entitled "SAN JOSE/CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL REORGANIZATION";
Thence easterly, 717.58 feet along said prolongation and southerly line of
Tract No. 2335, said line being along said "SAN JOSE/CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL
REORC.VYIZATZON", to the northwest corner of Parcel "C" ae shown upon that
certain Record of Survey, which map vas recorded in Book 202 of Maps at
Page 9, Santa Clara County Records;
Thence south, 397.32 feet along the westerly line of Parcel "C" and Parcel
"~" as shown upon said Record of Survey, said line being along said "SAN
JOSE/CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL REORGANIZATION", and along that certain proposed
annexation to the City of Cupertino entitled "BOLLINGER 80-31", to the
southwest corner of said Parcel "B";
Thence westerly, 717.58 feet along the westerly prolongation of the southerly
line of said Parcel "B", said line being along said "SAN JOSE/CUPERTINO

Stelling Road;
Thence northerly along the centerline of Stelling Road along said "SAN

CUPERTINO REORGANIZATION", to the beginning of a tangent curve to the left
