AN ORDINANCE OP THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AMENDING ,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE N0. 2 BY PREZONING APPROXI-
MATELY 32 GROSS ACRES FROM SANTA CLARA COUNTY RI-6
ZONE TO CITY OF CUPERTIIiO R1-6 ZONE; LOCATED IN THE
NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF SOllTH BLANEY AVENUE AND BOL-
LINGER ROAD; ENCOMPASSES PARCELS BOUNDED TO TiIE
WEST BY ROW OF LOTS ON THE EAST SIDE OF ALDERDROOK
LANE; AND TO THE NORTH BY CALABAZAS CREEK AND THE
NORTH SIDE OF LINDENBROOK LANE AND BROOKWELL DRIVE
WHEREAS. on April 25, 1980, an application was filed by the City
of Cupertino (Application 21-Z-80, Bollinger Road/Blaney Avenue) for the
prezoning of property from Santa Clara County R1-6 (Residential,
Single-family, 6,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) zone to City of Cupertino
R1-6 (Residential, Single-family, 6.000 aq. ft. minimum lot size) zone; and
WHEREAS, upon due notice and after one public hearing the Planning
Commission recommended to the City Council that the Prezoning be
granted; and _ ,
WHEREAS,.the property to be prezoned ie presently in a Santa Clara
County R1-6 zone; and
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property ie attached hereto as
Exhibit "B" as a proposed amendment to the Raster Zoning Map of the City
of Cupertino;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the property described in attached Exhibit "A"
be and hereby is prezoned to an R1-6 zone; and that Exhibit "B"
` attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning Hap of the City of
Cupertino.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days after its passage.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 7th day of July , 1980, and ENACTED at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino this 2latiiay of
July , 1980 by the following vote:
