A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FACILITIES OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH 1200 SAN MATED AVENUE, LLC, A CALIFORNIA
LIMITED LIABILITY CORPORATION, 10495 N. DE ANZA BOULVARD, APN 326-33-110
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed stormwater
management facilities operation and maintenance agreement between the City of Cupertino and
1200 San Mateo Avenue, LLC, a California Limited Liability Corporation, 10495 N. De Anza
Boulevard, and said agreement having been approved by the City Attorney;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign the aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 18th day of December 2007, by the following vote:
