A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 003-M 1
TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY-STATE MASTER AGREEMENT
NO. 04-5318 FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
WHEREAS, there has been presented to thc City Council a Program Supplement
No. 003-M1 to the Administering Agency-State Master Agreement No. 04-5318 covering
preliminary engineering, construction engineering, and construction for new traffic
signals on Stevens Creek Boulevard at Saich Way; and
WHEREAS, all agencies are requested to execute this program supplement; and
WHEREAS, the provisions, terms, and conditions of the aforementioned
supplement have been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney and the Director of
Public Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to execute said program
supplement on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 4th day of January, 1999, by the following vote:
