AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CUPERTINO ADDING CHAPTER 16.70
TO ADOPT THE
1997 UNIFORM CODE FOR THE ABATEMENT
OFDANGEROUS BUILDINGS CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO HEREBY ORDAINS that they
are adopting the 1997 Uniform Code For The Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Cupertino the
20th day of November 2007 and ENACTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Cupertino the 18th day of December 2007, by the following vote:
