RESOLUTION NO. 07-169
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES,
RWEI-CHENG LO AND HSIAO-YING HSIUNG HUSBAND AND WIFE,
19337 PHIL LANE, APN 375-05-027
WHEREAS, Rwei-Cheng Lo and Hsiao-Ying Hsiung, husband and wife, have
executed a Grant of Easement for Public Utility Purposes which is in good and sufficient
form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
easement over certain real property for streetlight purposes, situate in the City of
Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto
and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, located at 19337 Phil Lane.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.

DESCRIPTION OF A PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT
A five (5.00) foot wide strip of land over and across the
southerly portion of Lot 25 of Tract No. 1343, CASA DEL SOL No.
2, a map of which was recorded ,on February 15, 1955 in Book 54
of Maps at pages 42 and 43, in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California. Situated within the
City Limits of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of said Lot on the
northerly line of Phil Avenue, thence along the southerly line
thereof along a curve to the left having a radius of 950 feet
through a central angle of 3 deg. 31 min. 06 sec. an arc length
of 58.06 feet to the southeasterly corner thereof. (The radius
point of said curve bears North deg. 14 min. 46 sec. West from
said last point);
Thence along the easterly line of said Lot North 2 deg. 15 min.
East 5.03 feet; thence parallel with the aforesaid southerly
line and distant 5.00 feet (radial measure) along a curve to the
right having a radius of 945 feet through a central angle of
3 deg. 31 min. 13 sec. an arc length of 58.06 feet to the
westerly line of said Lot; thence along said line South 2 deg.
15 min. West 5.01 feet to the point of beginning.
