RESOLUTION NO. 07-079
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON
ONT ARlO DRIVE IN SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Cupertino, hereinafter referred to as "City" is now the owner
of real property which is located on Ontario Drive in Sunnyvale (Assessor's Parcel No. 323-
34-006); and
WHEREAS, said property is not needed for any governmental purpose and that it is
the judgment of the City Council ofthe City of Cupertino, for the best interests of the City,
that said property be sold; and
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered that the property located on
Ontario Drive in Sunnyvale, California, shall be sold to Avram B. Meyers and Gale D.
Meyers in the amount of $785,000.00; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, this 1 st day
of May, 2007, by the following vote:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON
SAN JUAN ROAD IN CUPERTINO, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the City of Cupetiino, hereinafter referred to as "City," is now the owner
of real property which is located on San Juan Road in Cupertino, California (Assessor's
Parcel No. 342.17-025); and
WHEREAS, said property is not needed for any governmental purpose and that it is
the judgment of the City Council of the City of Cupertino, for the best interests of the City,
that said property be sold; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Manager of the City of Cupertino is authorized to sell
the property located on San Juan Road for an amount not less than the listing price of
$898,000.00.
