Ordinance No. 07-1995 ORDINANCE NO. 07-1995 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CUPERTINOCITY COUNCIL AMENDING SECTION 2.74.010 OF THE CUPERTINO MUNICIPAL CODE MODIFYING THE COMPOSITION OF THE TECHNOLOGY, INFORMATION, AND COMMUNICA TIONS COMMISSION THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Section 2.74.010 of the City's ordinance code is hereby amended to read as follows: 2.74.010 Established. The Technology, Information, and Communications Commission (formerly Telecommunications Committee Commission) of the Cityj is established and shall consist of fWe seven members from among the qualified electors of the City, none of whom shall be officials or employees of the City, nor cohabit with, as defined bylaw, nor be related by blood or marriage to any member of the Commission, the City Manager or the staff person(s) assigned to this Commission. Members of the Technology, Information, and Communications Commission shall be appointed by the City Council. Publication Clause The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City within 15 days after its adoption, in accordance with Government Code Section 36933, and shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause this ordinance and her certification, together with proof of publication, to be entered in the Book of Ordinances of the Council of this City.
