times an inspector will sign the permit in the field, but neglect to report all of the
information to the clerical staff for input into the computer. If your records show the
subject permit as finaled, would you please contact us so we may complete our records?
If the permit is not signed off your permit can be reactivated and an inspection could be
scheduled for final closure of the permit
If we do not hear from you within ten (10) working days, we will dispose of the file and

I believe the file'you maintained in the latter is about out restaurant
installing a new grease trap under the wok area. When the contractors
finished the project, Jerry came to inspect the work. According to my
dad, He sign some paper which he in not sure what kind paper it is.
After he sing the paper, the constructor start pouring the cement and then
fmish the project. I am not sure if any inspection has to be done again
and I understand we didn't sign the any of the paper. ( I thought we
didn't have to sign any paper) Please contact us or write us back if there
is any problems coming up.
The permit do exist and please not remove the file from now until we
figure out what happened.

We have been cleaning out our files in the Building Department, and contacting those
people with permits which have remained "open".
According to our inspection records, the subject permit has never been finaled. Many
times an inspector will sign the permit in the field, but neglect to report all of the
information to the clerical staff for input into the computer. If your records show the
subject permit as finaled, would you please contact us so we may complete our records?
If the permit is not signed off your permit can be reactivated and an inspection could be
scheduled for final closure of the permit
If we do not hear from you within ten (10) working days, we will dispose of the file and
remove the records from our computer.

Dear Ms. Akatif£
I believe the file'you maintained in the latter is about out restaurant
installing a new grease trap under the wok area. When the contractors
finished the project, Jerry came to inspect the work. According to my
dad, He sign some paper which he in not sure what kind paper it is.
After he sing the paper, the constructor start pouring the cement and then
fmish the project. I am not sure if any inspection has to be done again
and I understand we didn't sign the any of the paper. ( I thought we
didn't have to sign any paper) Please contact us or write us back if there
is any problems coming up.
The permit do exist and please not remove the file from now until we
figure out what happened.
