CC Resolution No. 98-172RESOLUTION NO. 98-172 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 3 FOR BLUE PHEASANT RESTROOM RENOVATION, PROJECT NUMBER 98-102 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that Change Order No. 3 for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as BLUE PHEASANT RESTROOM RENOVATION PROJECT NUMBER 98-103 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further appropriation is necessary.
