CC Resolution No. 98-158RESOLUTION NO. 98-158 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING GRANTS OF EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY, ROADWAY, SANITARY SEWER, OVERLAND RELEASE, WATER LINE, AND STORM DRAIN PURPOSES FROM THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF SAN JOSE; LOCATED ON CRISTO REY DRIVE (APN 342-52-005) WHEREAS, The Roman Catholic Bishop of San Jose has executed Grants of Easement which are in good and sufficient form, conveying to the City of Cupertino, Grantee, easements for public utility, roadway, sanitary sewer, overland release, water line, and storm drain purposes over property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in the attached exhibits and made a part hereof, which is as follows: All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, located on Cristo Rey Drive, APN 342-52-005. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said grants so tendered; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said Grants of Easement simultaneously with the five final maps.
