DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS, AND RESUI
OF SPECIAL RE'tMNUS BOND ELECTION H"
OCMZR 13 10 1939
NHEBRIM, the City Council of the City of Cupertino
by Resolution No. 177, adopted on August 17, 1959, duly called
and ordered held in said City a special revenue band election
on the 13th day of October, 1959, for the purpose of submitting
to the qualified voters and eleetorssf thereof the measure herein-
after set forth; and
Ufa MUM, it appears that said special revenue bond
election was duly held upon due notice in accordance with law
and with said call on said date aforesaid, and that the polls
for said election were kept opera during the time required by
law, and that said election was held and conducted, and the
votes thereat received and canvassed, and the returns thereof
ascertained, determined and declared, all as provided by the
laws of the State of California, and by said Revolution and
this City Council has duly set and canvassed the returns of
said election;
NOW TH 4RE, IT IS HOMY RESQLVED DETER+ IM
AND DSCLARM by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, as
follows s
1. That the City Clerk of the City of Cupertino be,
and is hereby, Instructed to enter this resolution on the min -
utes of this City Council as a statement of the result of said
election.

2, That the whale nwnber of votes cast in said City
at said election was '. That ballots were spoiled
and not counted,
3, That at said special revenue bond election the
following measure for issuing revenue bonds was submitted to
the electors of said City and that the number of votes given
in said City for and against said measure, including absentee
votes, was as follows:

4, That by said Resolution calling said special rev-
enue bond election the City of Cupertino was constituted one (1)
election precinct, comprising a.11 the territory within the City
limits of said City, and that the number of votes cast in said
precinct for and against said measure was as follows:
