OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
RECO11MENDING without prejudice denial of a tentative map to legalize
an existing .305 acre parcel in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 568.

100 feet from the intersection of. Linda Vista Drive & Mt. Crest Dr.
ZONE: R1-10 (Residential, single-fami.l_y, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit)
ACREAGE: .305 acres
FINDINGS:
1. Inasmuch as certain questions exist relative to an access easement over the
property involved in this application, and inasmuch as the resolution of
various problems related to this access easement can only be*accomplished
by the property owners, it is this Commission's finding that approval of
the subject map, Exhibit A, 7 -TM -73, at this time would not be appropriate
until said access matter has been resolved.

PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of April, 1973, at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
