Crest_ Drive approximately 100 feet from the intersection of. Linda Vista Drive & Mt. Crest Dr. ZONE: R1-10 (Residential, single-fami.l_y, 10,000 sq. ft. per dwelling unit) ACREAGE: .305 acres FINDINGS: 1.
