CC Resolution No. 98-071RESOLUTION NO. 98-071 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 FOR BLACKBERRY FARM POOL HOUSE REMODEL, PROJECT NUMBER 97-109 RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that Change Order No. 2 for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it hereby approved in conjunction with the project known as BLACKBERRY FARM POOL HOUSE REMODEL PROJECT NUMBER 97-109 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation in the amount of $6,772.93 from the project account No. 620-9105-953 is hereby approved to cover this change order.
