RESOLUTION NO. 904
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
INITIATING A PUBLIC HEARING'to prezone approximately
14.73 acres bounded by Homestead Road on the north,
Stelling Road on the east, Interstate Freeway 280 on
the south, and the City of Sunnyvale boundary on the
west - from County General Commercial and County
Single-family Residential to City General Commercial
for those properties north of the Pacific Gas and
Electric substation and the Valley Church - and from
County Single-family Residential to City Quasi -Public
(BQ) for those properties south of and including the
Pacific Gas and Electric substation and Valley Church
property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of May, 1971 at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of'Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote;
AYES: Commissioners Buthenuth, Meyers, Irwin
NAYS: Commissioner Puetz
ABSENT: Commissioner Hirshon
