subdivision shall apply also for the lot marked "Not a part of this
subdivision", with the exception that sidewalks shall not be required
on the northern side of Flintshire Street nor on the westerly side of
Clarkston Avenue.
® 16 Fencing constructed on the property labeled "Not a part of this sub-
division" shall be subject to the approval of the City staff.
