Meeting Minutes
1.WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS
Councilmember Mark Santoro called the meeting to order in the Community Hall, 10350
Torre Avenue, Cupertino.
2.ROLL CALL

Laura Lee, Roger Lee, Kimberly Smith, Mike Smith, Alex Wykoff
City Council: Mark Santoro
Community Members: John Buckel, Ron Levine, Ron Richardson, Jim Wollbrinck
Santa Clara County Fire: Marsha Hovey
3. OLD BUSINESS
Marsha Hovey updated the council on the status of the County Dam Plan.
4. NEW BUSINESS
A.Corrective Action Plan – Mass Prophy
Marsha Hovey reviewed the attached action plan.
B.Cupertino Incident Reporter Map
Teri Gerhardt demonstrated the computer program which allows residents and
staff to check in via the internet with the status of their buildings and
surroundings to the EOC.
C.Volunteer Group Reports
Laura Lee reported that there are 293 Block Leaders and eight new youth leaders.
She noted that March 11 would be the next recognition for Block Leaders.
D.OES Update
Marsha Hovey reviewed the attached OES report.
5.ANNOUNCEMENTS
The next Disaster Council meetings will be held on April 23, July 23, and October 22.
