Re. Results Way Office Park — Results Way, Cupertino, CA 95014 - Wireless Facility Placement
Mr. Workman,
After further exploration of the proposed alternative location for a wireless facility at our Results Way
property as discussed at the Cupertino City Council meeting on November 1, 2010, we regret to inform
you that we are unable to allow AT&T to construct a wireless telecommunications facility at that
position on the site.
The alternative location discussed at the City Council meeting is at the entrance to our campus. The
entrance to the campus has been carefully planned and, unfortunately, there is no room for a wireless
facility in this setting. We are still willing to work with AT&T to help achieve their goal of providing
coverage to this neighborhood and to the surrounding businesses,
The location proposed by AT&T to the Planning Department and approved by the Planning Commission
on September 141h, 2010 is acceptable to us.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time.
