Subject: Director's Minor Modification, �IR-2010-31 to allow a 160 square foot addition
to a single family home located in the Oak Valley Planned Residential District
(10546 Manzanita Court).
Chapter 19.132 of the Cupertino Miinicipal Code allows for administrative
approval of minor changes in a prc�ject. The Director reports his decision
to the City Council and Planning C:ommission in time to allow an appeal
of the decision within f ourteen cale: zdar days.
DISCUSSION "
The applicant is proposing the constructic�n of an addition to the first and second floor
totaling 160 square feet (86.6 square feet on the first floor and 73.5 square feet on the
second floor) at the rear of a 4,033 squar � foot single family home located in the Oak
Valley planned residential district (see sit�� plan and elevation). The proposed addition
is consistent with the City's ordinance and the pertinent development standards
prescribed in the Oak Valley planned devf�lopment zone.
ACTION �
The Director of Community Development deems the project minor and approves the
proposed addition of 160 square feet.
The approval of the modification is e£fecti��e September 15, 2010. The fourteen calendar
day appeal period will expire on October :i, 2010.
