A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER NO. 10 FOR CREEKSIDE
PARK IMPROVEMENT, PROJECT NUMBER 96-9208
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Cupertino, California, that
Change Order No. 10 for changes to work which has been approved by the Director of
Public Works and this day presented to this Council, be, and it hereby approved in
conjunction with the project known as
CREEKSIDE PARK IMPROVEMENT,
PROJECT NUMBER 96-9208
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds are available and no further
appropriation is necessary.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 2nd day of February, 1998, by the following vote:
