A AESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN TWO PARCGLS OF
LAND WITHOUT A PARCEL "7AP IN ACCORDANCE WZTH SECTION
66412(d) OF SUBDIVISIOH I4AP ACT AS Ah1ENDED JANUARY 1,
1980, SOUTHWEST CORNER OF STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD AND
TORRG AVENUE, PROt4ETHEUS DEVELOPt4ENT C0. AND CHARTIER
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the staff a lot line
adjustment between propeYties at Stevens Creek E3oulevard and Torre
Avenue, and more particularly described in the attached Exhibits "A"
and "F3" ; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the ad,justment to see if a
parcel map is required; and
WNEREAS, in accordance with Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision
Map Act this ad,justment may be made without filing a parcel map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Cupertino hereby approves the afoCementioned lot line ad,justment
and exempts it from the requirements of the parcel map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Cupertino this 13th day of March, 1984 by the following
vote:
