CC Resolution No. 10-140 Grant Deed, Villa Serra Apartments 20800 Homestead RdRESOLUTION NO. 10 -140 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OF REAL PROPERTY FROM VILLA SERRA APARTMENTS FOR A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 20800 HOMESTEAD ROAD, APN 326 -09 -056 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Cupertino has approved the acquisition of real property from Villa Serra Apartments for a portion of property located at 20800 Homestead Road, and WHEREAS, Villa Serra Apartments has executed a grant deed, which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to that certain real property to be utilized for public purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, and more particularly described in ExIdbit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof, located at 20800 Homestead Road, and WHEREAS, the City Manager has been authorized to sign the necessary documents to transfer title. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino hereby accepts said grant so tendered; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said Grant Deed.
