Chapter 19.132 of the Cupertino Mtinicipal Code allows for administrative approval of minor changes in a prc�ject. The Director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning C'ommission in time to allow an appeal of the decision within fourteen cale�idar days. DISCUSSION The applicant is proposing the constructic n of a detached gazebo and a trellis structure in the rear of an existing single family home located in the Oak Valley planned residential district (see site plan and elevation in Attachment 1). The detached accessory structures are consistent with the City's ordinance and the pertinent development standards prescribed in the (�ak Valley planned development zone. ACTION The Director of Community Development deems the project minor and approves the proposed accessory structures. The approval of the modification is effecti��e June 23, 2010. The fourteen calendar day appeal period will expire on July 7, 2010.
