A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
KRISHNA KIDAMBI AND JYOTHIRMAYI KIDAMBI, APN 357-16-053,
21844 HERMOSA AVENUE
WHEREAS, Krishna Kidambi and Jyothirmayi Kidambi have executed a Grant of
Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain real
property for roadway purposes, situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 21844 Hermosa Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 5th day of January, 1998, by the following vote:

public roadway purposes, together with the right to construct, repair, operate, and maintain any
and all public utilities and improvements which shall be or become necessary for preservation of
the public safety, welfare or convenience, the hereinafter described property which is situated in
the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and as described as follows:

STREET RIGHT OF WAY DEDICATION
· Consisting of a portion of Section 64, "Map of Subdivision 'A' Monta Vista," as recorded
April 11, 1917 in Book "P" of Maps, page 20, Santa Clara County Records and described as
follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of thc ccntcrlinc of Hermosa Avenue with the line
dividing Sections 63 and 64 as shown on said Map; thence South along said dividing line
20.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING (TPOB); thence West 44.15 feet along a
line that is parallel to thc ccntcrlinc of Hermosa Avenue to a point thereon East 56.00 feet
from the line dividing Sections 64 and 65 of said Subdivision; thence South and parallel to
said dividing line 5.00 feet; thence East 44.15 feet along a line that is parallel to the centerline
of Hermosa Avenue to a point on the dividing line of Sections 63 and 64; thence North 5.00
feet along the Easterly line of Section 64 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 221 square feet more or less and being a portion of said Section 64 as shown on
