Chapter 19.132 of the Cupertino M�znicipal Code allows for administrative approval of minor changes in a prc�ject. The Director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning (:ommission in time to allow an appeal of the decision within fourteen cale ndar days. BACKGROUND On September 11, 2009, the Commuruty Development Department approved a Residential Design Review (R-2009-5) to construct a new two-story 4,073 square foot residence, and a Minor Residential Per�nit (RM-2009-11) to construct a rear facing, second story balcony on the residence loc��ted at 10435 Beardon Drive. DISCUSSION Due to financial reasons, the homeov�-ners are requesting to extend the permit expiration date until September 11, 2011. Staff has reviewed the plans submitted with the application for the time extension a�id they conform to the previously approved plans. ACTION: The Director of Community Development deems the modification minor and approves the time extension with the following con��itions of approvaL � 1. CONFORMANCE WITH APPROVED PLANS Project shall comply with the previously approved plans and conditions of approval for Residential Permit R-2009-05 and TTinor Residential Permit RM-2009-11. 2. PERMIT EXPIRATION This approval extends permit R-2009-�� and-RM 2009-11 to September 11, 2011. A building permit application must be siibmitted on or before this date.
